OBJECTIVE:   To promote physical health, camaraderie and foster moral and spiritual

                            formation

ACTIVITIES:

1) Physical Health:

   a) Practice run

            For all : Everyday from 5:30 am. to 7:00 am. from Luneta to Baclaran

            For advance: Every Sunday, run at fort bonifacio and back to Cultural

   b) Join fun runs/Marathon

2) Camaraderie :

   a) Yearly outings, parties and other special events

3) Moral and Spiritual Formation:

   a) Discipline all members who are cheating (age, winning through short-cuts,

        getting more than one t-shirts or tokens )

   b) Help preserve and enhance our environment like tree planting.

   c) Help, assist or provide livelihood program .
